Role Description
We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to own marketing execution across the DACH and Benelux markets. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll translate global strategy into market‑relevant programmes that generate pipeline, accelerate sales, and support revenue growth.
You’ll be the marketing lead for the region, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing. You’ll run integrated demand generation campaigns, account‑based marketing programmes, and flagship regional events — all with clear accountability for pipeline contribution.
What you’ll do

Regional demand generation

Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, ABM, events, webinars, and paid media.

Translate global campaigns into local, market‑relevant programmes for DACH and Benelux.

Generate qualified pipeline aligned to regional sales targets.

Sales alignment & pipeline acceleration

Partner closely with regional Sales leadership, AEs and BDRs.

Align on target accounts, territories and priorities.

Run marketing plays that move opportunities through the funnel and shorten sales cycles.

Account based marketing (ABM)

Deliver ABM programmes for strategic enterprise and key accounts.

Coordinate personalised content, intent signals, sales plays and executive engagement.

Support both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.

Events & field marketing

Own regional flagship events, trade shows, executive roundtables and partner events.

Manage events end‑to‑end, from planning and execution to follow‑up and pipeline tracking.

Support customer advocacy through case studies, references and speaker programmes.

Localisation & regional content

Adapt global messaging and content to local languages, markets and buyer personas.

Manage localisation and translation workflows.

Ensure regional marketing assets and web content are high‑quality and on‑brand.

Performance, reporting & budget

Own regional marketing performance, reporting and forecasting.

Track pipeline contribution and campaign impact using Salesforce and dashboards.

Manage the regional marketing budget with clear ROI focus.
Qualifications
-
5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including regional, field or demand generation roles.

Proven experience delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue.

Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM and a marketing automation platform (e.g. Marketo, SFMC, Pardot, HubSpot).

Confident working closely with Sales leaders and revenue teams.

Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with metrics, dashboards and performance reporting.

Fluent English and German (both required).
Requirements

Experience with ABM, paid media, webinars and field marketing.

Exposure to automotive, dealer, franchise or complex B2B ecosystems.

Experience with modern revenue marketing models and attribution.

Dutch and/or French language skills.
