Role Description

We are seeking a creative, organised, and proactive Recruitment Marketing Intern & Coordinator to support employer branding, recruitment marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and candidate attraction initiatives. This role is heavily focused on the marketing side of recruitment, helping promote the company’s culture, career opportunities, and employer brand through engaging content and digital communication strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, social media, branding, and talent attraction, while also supporting basic recruitment coordination tasks. This is a growth-focused internship role that offers hands-on experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital content creation, and talent acquisition.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns to attract quality candidates
• Assist in creating and publishing engaging recruitment-related content across social media platforms
• Support employer branding initiatives by promoting company culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as graphics, captions, short-form videos, testimonials, and promotional content
• Help maintain a strong and positive employer brand presence online
• Support recruitment advertising and job promotion activities across different platforms
• Create content for hiring announcements, team highlights, employee stories, intern experiences, and workplace culture campaigns
• Help monitor social media engagement and support audience interaction activities
• Assist with brainstorming creative ideas for recruitment campaigns and online engagement
• Support candidate engagement initiatives through professional communication and online interactions
• Assist with responding to candidate inquiries related to recruitment campaigns and job opportunities
• Support recruitment events, online engagement activities, and branding initiatives
• Assist recruiters with interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups when needed
• Maintain recruitment trackers and basic candidate records
• Support administrative tasks related to recruitment marketing and hiring activities
• Assist with ATS updates and recruitment documentation
• Participate in training sessions related to recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media marketing, and talent acquisition
• Learn modern recruitment marketing and digital engagement strategies

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media, and digital content creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
• Previous internship, campus organisation, or social media management experience is a plus

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media, and digital content creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift
