Role Description

Weichert, Realtors – House of Brokers is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and energetic professional to join our team as a Real Estate Listing & Marketing Coordinator. This is much more than a typical office position. You'll play a key role in helping our agents market properties, support clients, and keep listings moving smoothly from start to finish. What You'll Do:

• Listing Coordination
  • Enter and maintain listings in multiple MLS systems
  • Review listing information for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate collection of utilities, covenants, restrictions, and other property information
  • Assist agents with listing updates and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate listing photos and related marketing materials
  • Help ensure listings are launched accurately and on time
• Marketing & Social Media
  • Assist with marketing materials, flyers, promotional pieces, and Canva designs
  • Create and update social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Support office events and marketing initiatives
  • Help maintain a professional and engaging online presence
• Office & Client Support
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries
  • Greet clients, agents, and visitors
  • Assist agents and staff with day-to-day office needs
  • Process mail and other administrative tasks
  • Help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Familiarity with Canva, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and social media platforms preferred
• Administrative, customer service, marketing, or office experience preferred
• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required—we can train the right person

Requirements

• Compensation: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
