Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. An Austin-based Realtor is seeking a Marketing VA to execute an established marketing plan focused on:

• Video content
• Social media
• Neighborhood farming
• Blogs
• Newsletters
• Database marketing
• Recurring client touchpoints

The client already has extensive raw video content, marketing ideas, templates, AI tools, and systems in place. The primary need is someone who can take those assets and consistently turn them into finished, published marketing content. This is primarily an execution role rather than a marketing-strategy position. Real Estate experience is not required.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Qualifications

• Video editing experience required
• Short-form and long-form content experience required
• Social media management experience required
• Canva or similar graphic-design experience required
• AI-assisted content creation experience strongly preferred
• Blog/content publishing experience preferred
• Newsletter and email-marketing experience preferred
• Real estate marketing experience is a plus
• Basic SEO/internal-linking knowledge is a plus

Requirements

• Strong video editor and content repurposer
• Creative and highly organized
• Comfortable managing several ongoing marketing workflows
• Strong with AI-assisted content creation and AI tools (strongly preferred)
• Proactive about turning existing ideas into finished work
