Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Programmatic (Integrated) Media Specialist with a robust background in retail media buying and omni-channel strategies to join our team. Partnering closely with revenue teams, you will translate client briefs into strategic plans and proposals, generate insertion orders, oversee campaign builds, and drive client outcomes leveraging your programmatic and retail expertise.

65K-75K Annually

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media planning and buying, with a strong emphasis on retail media and omni-channel strategies.

Deep understanding and passion for programmatic media, real-time bidding (RTB), and how it integrates with other digital channels, particularly within retail environments.

Experience working with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and executing buys directly within DSP interfaces, focusing on retail-specific targeting and optimization.

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to understanding and meeting client needs within programmatic and broader digital contexts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex programmatic strategies and their impact on retail performance.

Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize programmatic campaigns, with a focus on retail-specific KPIs and metrics.

Collaborative team player with a track record of working cross-functionally, particularly with revenue and ad operations teams.

Driven to stay updated on programmatic industry trends and innovations, with a keen interest in retail and omni-channel developments.

Familiarity with third-party ad servers and digital reporting dashboards relevant to measuring programmatic and retail campaign performance.
Requirements

Collaborate closely with Account Executives/Account Managers to develop strategic, data-driven programmatic-first media plans and precise insertion orders tailored to retail and omni-channel clients.

Utilize programmatic expertise and Choozle’s platform to provide strategic recommendations within client briefs, ensuring integration with retail media strategies.

Ensure quality assurance of third-party partner programmatic campaign creation, aligning with retail-specific insertion order specifications.

Own the initial experience for all new clients, including platform onboarding, implementation, training, and increasing initial adoption to improve long-term retention and client satisfaction.

Develop and deliver engaging training programs for clients, covering various aspects and capabilities of the Choozle platform.

Customize onboarding processes based on clients' specific goals, objectives, and skill levels.

Provide hands-on guidance to clients in setting up their accounts, navigating the platform, and configuring campaigns to ensure client comfort and success.

Maintain a solutions-oriented approach to optimize client satisfaction and programmatic campaign performance within retail environments.

Partner with internal teams and third-party partners to monitor campaign performance, pacing, KPI attainment, and reporting.

Collaborate cross-functionally to report client outcomes and KPIs, aligning programmatic strategies with business objectives in retail and omni-channel contexts.

Attend client meetings as needed to support revenue teams with insights and strategic input.

Support cross-team initiatives alongside VP/Director-level team members, providing retail-specific programmatic expertise and participating in client meetings.
