What You Will Do

Team Leadership & Remote Management
-
Recruit, onboard, train, develop, and retain a team of Retail Specialists operating across dispersed markets, managing all aspects of performance remotely.

Set clear commercial KPIs for the field team โ including volume targets, distribution goals, account call frequency, and rate-of-sale metrics โ and hold the team accountable to delivering against them.

Coach and mentor Retail Specialists through regular virtual check-ins, field ride-alongs (as applicable), performance reviews, and ongoing skills development.

Identify and address performance gaps quickly; escalate as appropriate and implement corrective action plans when needed.

Foster a motivated, high-performing remote team culture rooted in accountability, cultural pride, and a shared passion for the brand.

Commercial Execution & Volume Growth

Drive commercial outcomes: lead the team to consistently achieve volume, distribution, and velocity targets across on- and off-premise accounts.

Develop and execute market-level strategies to increase brand visibility, distribution depth, and sell-through within key accounts.

Monitor field team activity and commercial performance through reporting tools (e.g., GoSpotCheck), identifying trends and adjusting tactics to optimize outcomes.

Partner with the clientโs brand and sales teams to align field execution with commercial priorities, promotional calendars, and distribution initiatives.

Track and report on volume performance, distribution gains, and experiential activations, tying field activity directly to commercial results.

Client Management & Brief Response

Serve as the primary day-to-day agency contact for the Bacardi client team, maintaining a trusted, professional, and solutions-oriented relationship.

Respond to client briefs with strategic, well-developed program recommendations that reflect a strong understanding of the brand, the market, and the target consumer.

Lead and participate in client status calls, presenting program updates, performance recaps, and strategic recommendations in a clear, confident manner.

Anticipate client needs and proactively bring forward ideas, solutions, and market insights without waiting to be asked.

Develop and deliver client-facing reporting including weekly status updates, monthly performance recaps, after-action reports, and budget summaries.

Multicultural & Experiential Marketing

Apply a deep, authentic understanding of the Multicultural consumer โ their culture, values, preferences, to inform program strategy, field team training, and consumer engagement.

Ensure all consumer touchpoints โ in-store, experiential, and event-based โ are culturally relevant, authentic, and aligned with how the brands shows up.

Oversee field team participation in experiential events, brand activations, and community-facing programs, ensuring quality execution and on-brand consumer interactions.

Bring a strategic POV to multicultural program planning, helping the client team think through how to authentically connect with the consumer at the market level.

Program Operations & Administration

Manage day-to-day program operations including scheduling, playbook development, digital asset management, reporting cadence, and tools administration.

Maintain accurate tracking of Retail Specialist activity, coverage, and performance using GoSpotCheck and other applicable platforms.

Manage program budgets and T&E oversight, ensuring compliance with agency and client policies.

Ensure full compliance with all agency and client policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
-
4+ years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, or brand activation program management, with demonstrated people management experience.

Experience in the spirits or beverage alcohol industry is strongly preferred.

Proven experience managing remote or distributed teams.

Client-facing experience is required.

Experience developing and executing programs within the Multicultural space.

Strong commercial acumen: demonstrated experience tying field marketing activity to measurable business outcomes.

Prior experiential commercial, marketing or event-based activation experience is a plus.
Requirements

Exceptional communicator โ written, verbal, and presentation skills at a client-ready level.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions.

Highly organized with superior attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, GoSpotCheck, and SmartSheets or comparable project management platforms.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal day-to-day oversight.

Ability to travel for field visits, client meetings, and program activations as needed.
Education

Bachelorโs degree required; concentration in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
