[Hiring] Product Marketing Specialist @Vinta

Role Description

This is a remote contractor position for our US-based company. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and help drive Vinta’s growth.

Healthcare is one of our fastest-growing industries. Despite the rapid pace of innovation, many healthcare products are still difficult to use and slow to evolve. Vinta helps healthcare companies build modern, user-centered software while navigating the industry's technical and regulatory complexities.

In this role, you’ll help shape Vinta’s go-to-market strategy by connecting our services, products, sales, and marketing efforts. Your primary focus will be healthcare, while also supporting our positioning across other industries where we operate.

You’ll own product messaging, positioning, competitive research, and audience insights, translating what you learn into campaigns, content, and sales enablement that generate demand and strengthen Vinta’s brand.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, with experience running full marketing campaigns in the language.
• Familiarity with the tech market and at least 5 years in marketing, including go-to-market strategy.
• Hands-on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) practice, with strong command of approaches and tools, and meaningful examples.
• Track record of strong Inbound Marketing results.
• Experience with market research and persona mapping.
• Experience with technical services or complex SaaS or IaaS products.
• Organized, with ownership to prioritize quality over volume.
• Experience tracking metrics and using them to guide strategy.
• Proactive, curious profile, with ownership to set and follow up on agreements across teams.

Requirements

• Experience at digital product consultancies or tech services firms.
• Prior experience working with US companies or on product/messaging internationalization.
• Experience with offline strategies like communities and technical events.

Benefits

• Monthly pay between $3,100–$4,250 USD, contractor (PJ) engagement.
• 22 business days of agreed time off per year (recesso).
