Role Description

We are seeking a Product Marketing Sr. Manager to lead U.S. product marketing for Veeva Vault CRM Suite, the leading agentic engagement platform for life sciences. You will partner closely with Market Strategy and Product Management to develop the positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategy for Vault CRM Suite products, including industry-specific AI capabilities. You will translate product vision and innovation, customer voice and value, and market opportunities into compelling narratives that drive customer success and growth.

In this role, you will lead product launches, release marketing, sales enablement, customer advocacy, and content strategy. The right candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable developing long-term marketing strategy and driving execution.

Success requires a highly self-motivated and collaborative leader with the adaptability to navigate a matrixed organization, partner effectively with stakeholders, and deliver clear, compelling narratives across every customer touchpoint.

What You'll Do

• In collaboration with market strategy, product management, sales, and field/integrated marketing, develop and execute against an annual, strategic marketing plan—including customer retention, adoption, and cross-sell/upsell strategies.
• Lead and guide team execution for Vault CRM Suite product marketing initiatives, establishing a consistent operational cadence across market strategy, product management, and marketing.
• Develop and refine messaging in partnership with market strategy, pulling it through to all external channels, web properties, and customer-facing assets.
• Empower field sales and customer-facing teams by translating product releases and strategic narratives into high-impact enablement tools and presentation decks.
• Own the content strategy, and develop assets (thought leadership, videos, website copy, blog posts, infographics, etc.) that articulate solution value and showcase customer success.
• Own and execute large scale customer conference agendas and content, product launches and releases, and customer advocacy programs.
• Drive product awareness through PR, article placements, and social media.
• Build and maintain an optimized library of sales collateral and competitive assets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B enterprise software product marketing experience, with demonstrated experience leading initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• High level of self-motivation—proven ability to proactively navigate internal organizational structures and integrate into existing cross-functional cadences.
• Exceptional narrative refinement and writing skills; proven capability to take strategic product concepts and turn them into clear, polished customer messaging.
• Demonstrated track record of cross-functional alignment, working seamlessly with market strategy, product management, and field/integrated marketing stakeholders.
• Strong project management and operational execution skills, with high attention to detail and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing a category-leading enterprise B2B software product with significant market share.
• Experience with customer adoption, customer advocacy, or account-based marketing (ABM) expansion programs.

Compensation

Base pay: $95,000 - $175,000. The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
