At BioPhorum, you'll market products that help the global biopharmaceutical industry solve some of its biggest manufacturing and operational challenges. Working alongside industry experts from the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, you'll play a pivotal role in driving product adoption and commercial success.

This is far more than a traditional marketing position. You'll sit at the heart of Product, Sales and Marketing, owning go-to-market strategies from concept through to launch and beyond. Every campaign you deliver will influence how our products are positioned, how customers engage with them, and ultimately how they contribute to improving outcomes across the global biopharma sector.

You'll have the freedom to shape messaging, challenge assumptions, analyse market trends and develop campaigns that genuinely move the needle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and major enhancements.
• Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with scientific and commercial audiences.
• Create integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, partner and sales channels.
• Equip our Sales teams with high-impact presentations, case studies, product collateral and launch materials.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to strengthen our commercial positioning.
• Work closely with Product Management to influence product strategy through customer and market intelligence.
• Measure campaign performance, optimise activity and demonstrate commercial impact.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure strong return on investment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to deliver successful launches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product marketing or go-to-market initiatives.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills, particularly for technical or scientific audiences.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing activity into business growth.
• Experience working closely with Product and Sales teams.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence influencing stakeholders across different functions.
• An entrepreneurial approach and a passion for delivering measurable results.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics software or SaaS products would be an advantage but isn't essential.
