Role Description
FICO is seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to amplify and support our enterprise platform story and go-to-market strategy. This role will help to define and effectively communicate the Why Change, Why FICO, and Why Now value story for FICO Platform, one of our most strategic offerings.

Support the development of compelling value messaging and positioning for FICO Platform, tailored to different target audiences and market segments.

Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging with product functionality, software vision, and customer needs.

Partner with the market insights team on buyer intelligence and competitive analysis to identify key market trends, buyer pain points, and opportunities for differentiation.

Build launch frameworks, content activation strategies, and foundational platform materials (product sheets, demos, sales decks) to support GTM initiatives.

Partner with content marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality assets for global sales activities and marketing campaigns.

Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Equip the sales organization with tools, materials, and training to enhance sales effectiveness.

Assist with and conduct enablement sessions on platform capabilities, competitive positioning, and objection handling.

Develop repeatable frameworks that scale knowledge across global teams.

Assist with the GTM execution for new platform functionality and product innovations, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Analyze and optimize launch strategies, messaging, and campaign content to drive adoption and revenue impact.
Qualifications

Experience in enterprise B2B technology, with background in product marketing, solution marketing, product management, sales engineering, UX, technical writing, or a related role.

BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Bonus: Prior exposure to decision intelligence, decisioning platforms, or adjacent analytics and AI technologies (e.g. data platforms, data science tools, optimization, process automation, etc.).

Bonus: Prior experience in a customer-facing role or examples of customer-facing content that drove impact in complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $98,000 to $154,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
