[Hiring] Product Marketing Manager @Enovis

Role Description

As a key member of the Bracing & Supports Marketing team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

• Drive the strategic growth and development of one of the assigned product portfolios of our Bracing platform.
• Define portfolio strategy for the product line and represent the marketing function on the NPD team.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans for assigned product lines.
• Develop materials and follow processes required for product launches, product line maintenance, promotions, and messaging.
• Act as an expert in your product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development:
  • Identify new product opportunities by assessing portfolio gaps, competitive landscape, and capturing VOC.
  • Utilize market research to inform strategy for product commercialization.
  • Develop business cases and present to senior leadership team.
  • Lead the marketing stream of product development in partnership with PMO & R&D.
  • Manage commercialization of newly developed products.
• Product Line Management and Strategy:
  • Act as subject matter and product expert for the assigned product portfolio.
  • Support portfolio growth initiatives by providing insights related to VOC and market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define customers' needs and workflows.
  • Leverage data and competitive insights to evolve understanding of the market.
  • Develop and manage relationships with KOLs.
  • Provide monthly product forecasts to operations.
  • Support sales with resolving product issues in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Assist in annual strategic planning process.
• Promotions and Channel Support:
  • Own the development and execution of a multi-segment marketing strategy.
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans for assigned product.
  • Utilize various communication channels to promote and position products.
  • Develop marketing collateral, social media content, and advertising campaigns.
  • Develop sales support tools in collaboration with sales operations team.
  • Assess market and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning process.
  • Support sales training team to educate new sales representatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with other business units.
  • Work closely with 3rd party marketing agencies.
  • Utilize Marketing Excellence (MEX) process for customer segmentation and messaging.
  • Maintain list pricing and field discount guidelines.
  • Attend and support industry events.
  • Conduct special projects as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of marketing and/or sales experience in medical device, orthopedics, or a related healthcare field.
• 2+ years product marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time; both domestic and international travel is required.
• Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-3 days, requiring overnight stays.
