Role Description

This role involves leading the development and execution of product marketing strategies across our Food & Beverage (F&B) software and service offerings.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Client Success, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Position products effectively and define key target markets and value differentiators.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy and align execution.
  • Build effective marketing and sales collateral.
  • Enhance market presence.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Content Strategy & Development: Create content such as webinars, slide decks, videos, sales collateral, blog posts, and case studies.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market plans for product launches and feature releases.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop tools, presentations, case studies, and training for the Sales team.
  • Public Speaking: Serve as the spokesperson for Registrar’s point-of-view on global F&B regulations and compliance.
  • Website Content and Messaging: Develop all website content and messaging across F&B service/product lines.
  • Demand Generation Support: Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to design campaigns.
  • Customer Insights & Personas: Build and refine detailed buyer personas and gather customer insights.
  • Product Adoption & Retention: Partner with Client Success and Product teams to drive product adoption.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and measure the success of product marketing initiatives.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and identify insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years in B2B product marketing in a SaaS or Services environment.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage regulatory compliance (FDA, F&B or similar) or related industry.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling product marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk management, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence various stakeholders.
