Role Description

ANIME Impulse is seeking a results-driven Influencer Outreach Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. We are looking for a talent scout who can move beyond the usual circles to secure a diverse roster of digital creators for our upcoming event.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between the anime community and broader cultural pillars; including lifestyle, food, fashion, and tech. You will be responsible for the "front-end" of the influencer relationship:

• Finding the right voices
• Getting them signed
• Ensuring they stay on track with their content goals

The Mission: You will serve as the primary architect for our influencer guest list, focusing on multi-platform scouting and regional marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate & Recruit: Identify and invite a diverse list of influencers across all demographics (Anime, Gaming, Food, Lifestyle, Fashion, etc.).
• Multi-Platform Scouting: Actively source talent from TikTok, Instagram, and Rednote to tap into high-engagement enthusiast communities.
• Contracting: Manage the initial negotiation and formalize contract terms for influencer appearances and guest spots.
• Workflow Oversight: Monitor the production timeline to ensure influencers are meeting their pre-event obligations and stay aligned with our brand voice.
• Regional Marketing Support: Assist in developing and executing marketing deliverables that incorporate influencer partnerships tailored to specific local regions.

Qualifications

• You have a proven track record of "cold-opening" talent and agencies with professional, high-energy outreach.
• You understand the nuances of different social algorithms, with a specific interest or expertise in the growing influence of all major social media platforms.
• You can adapt influencer strategies to fit different local markets, ensuring our marketing feels authentic to each region.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and prefer punchy, active communication over long corporate threads.
