Role Description
Our client is seeking a PPC Specialist who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants true ownership over paid media strategy and execution. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads (LSAs), ensuring every marketing dollar drives qualified leads and booked jobs.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and experienced managing multi-location campaigns with significant advertising budgets. You will work closely with marketing leadership to scale lead generation efforts, improve efficiency, and identify growth opportunities across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities

Google Ads & Local Services Ads

Manage and optimize a Google Ads MCC structure with multiple market-specific accounts

Oversee active Search campaigns across multiple service areas and locations
-
Manage daily budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend

Build, test, and optimize ad copy, keyword strategies, negative keyword lists, and bidding strategies
-
Monitor and optimize Local Services Ads (LSA) performance across multiple markets
-
Conduct ongoing search term analysis to identify growth opportunities and eliminate wasted spend
-
Evaluate campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies to maximize conversions

Landing Page Optimization

Manage and optimize landing pages using Unbounce or similar platforms
-
Monitor conversion rates across markets and service categories

Conduct A/B testing for headlines, CTAs, forms, layouts, and other conversion elements

Develop new landing pages to support market expansion and service offerings
-
Reporting & Performance Analysis

Create weekly and monthly performance reports across all paid media channels
-
Track and analyze KPIs including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Booked Job, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
-
Identify trends, budget pacing issues, rising CPCs, and conversion challenges
-
Provide clear, actionable recommendations for optimization and growth

Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic initiatives based on performance data

Meta Ads Management
-
Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns across multiple location-based accounts
-
Execute lead generation, traffic, engagement, and brand awareness campaigns
-
Build and maintain audience segments, including retargeting and custom audiences
-
Collaborate with internal teams on creative development, including image and video assets
-
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs

Continuous Improvement

Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, AI tools, and automation opportunities
-
Identify and implement new strategies to improve campaign performance
-
Proactively troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions without requiring constant oversight
Qualifications
-
3+ years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience
-
Strong expertise in Google Ads, including Search campaigns, bidding strategies, and Local Services Ads
-
Experience managing multi-location, franchise, or large account structures
-
Experience with landing page platforms such as Unbounce, Instapage, or similar tools
-
Proven experience managing advertising budgets exceeding $200,000 per month
-
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

Experience tracking and optimizing campaigns based on lead generation and conversion metrics
-
Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong English communication skills for internal collaboration

Experience within home services industries such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, or similar

Familiarity with Local Services Ads setup, management, and dispute resolution processes

Knowledge of Google Business Profile and local search marketing strategies

Experience with call tracking platforms such as CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, or similar

Experience with pay-per-lead platforms and lead attribution tools

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page modifications

Experience using AI-powered marketing and automation tools
