Role Description

You turn everything Dr. Marisol films, says, writes and teaches into a living content engine — and you make sure she's in the right rooms, on the right stages and in the right podcasts to grow it.

Qualifications

• Strong enough video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or CapCut Pro).
• Experience hiring and managing freelancers.
• Fluency across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok as a creator or operator.
• WordPress comfort.
• Email marketing platform experience (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Kajabi or similar).
• Writing ability to draft blogs, emails, captions and pitches in Marisol's voice.
• Organized and flexible to manage international travel logistics and a speaking calendar.
• Self-directed execution capability.

Requirements

• Industry experience in wellness, health, travel or hospitality.
• A background in history, classics, mythology, religious studies or anthropology.
• A real feel for travel, natural wellness and spa culture.
• Languages: Spanish is a significant advantage; Italian, French or Portuguese are a plus.
• YouTube channel growth experience.
• A track record closing brand partnerships or sponsorships.
• Podcast production experience.
• SEO fundamentals.
• Design capability (Canva, Figma, Adobe).
• Prior experience supporting a creator, author or speaker.
• Publicity, PR or book launch experience.
