Role Description
We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and execute all digital marketing activities across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and can personally manage paid advertising, email marketing, social media, lead generation, campaign optimization, and reporting. The successful candidate must have proven experience generating qualified leads for B2B businesses and a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market.
Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising

Create, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on investment.

Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Lead Generation

Generate qualified leads for both B2B and B2C markets.

Develop and optimize lead generation funnels.

Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.

A/B Testing & Optimization

Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, audiences, email campaigns, and messaging.

Analyze campaign data and implement improvements to increase conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.

Continuously test new strategies, creatives, and targeting approaches.

Email Marketing
-
Build and manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.

Create lead nurturing sequences and customer engagement campaigns.

Monitor and improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Social Media Management

Manage company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Create and schedule content aligned with marketing objectives.

Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase reach and lead generation.

Coordinate with designers and content creators when required.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and report on key marketing metrics, including lead volume, CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS.

Maintain dashboards and provide regular performance reports.

Use data to identify opportunities for growth and campaign improvements.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.

Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Strong B2B lead generation experience is required.

Experience generating leads for professional services, SaaS, technology, recruitment, financial services, or similar industries.

Experience marketing to the Saudi Arabian market is required.

Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.

Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution.

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluent English communication skills.
