Role Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help drive the growth of our FMCG clients.
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns for FMCG clients
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and optimize for maximum ROI
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights and use them to inform strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are meeting objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Provide recommendations for performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience
- Prior experience working with FMCG clients
- Based in South-East Asia
- Detail-oriented personality style
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and direct communication style
- Good team communication habits
- Proactive in asking questions and for requirements
- Able and willing to respectfully challenge management
- Can work with a mix of part-time and full-time team members
- Comfortable with a small team and the volatility of startups
- Open to a part-time arrangement right away
