- Du managst unsere Paid Kampagnen auf Meta, YouTube, Google & LinkedIn
- Du entwickelst neue Funnels und verbesserst bestehende – gemeinsam mit Geschäftsführung & Kreativteam
- Du koordinierst ein Freelancer-Team aus Schnitt, Design & Copy
- Du trackst & optimierst KPIs wie ROAS, CPL & CTR – datengetrieben & präzise
- Du testest neue Creatives, Headlines & Hooks – mit dem Ziel: skalierbarer Umsatz
Qualifications
- 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing / Media Buying
- Tiefe Kenntnisse in YouTube & Meta Ads (Google & LinkedIn: nice to have)
- Kreative Ansätze + datengetriebene Denkweise
- Erfahrung mit Tools wie Hyros, Funnelcockpit, Webflow von Vorteil
- Du bist strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich & willst echten Impact
