Role Description

Develop performance-driven creative strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and growth for our clients through data-led insights and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working within media buying/creative, ideally within an agency setting
• Strong expertise in creative performance reporting and analysis, with deep understanding of key metrics
• Proven experience briefing creatives across multiple platforms based on performance data and strategic insights
• Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth research with strong pattern recognition skills
• Experience adopting and implementing creative systems and processes for scalable results

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of human psychology, sociology, and consumer behaviour
• Strong knowledge of key storytelling creative metrics and how to optimise for performance
• Ability to transform complex data into actionable creative strategies and clear briefing documents
• Experience with creative testing methodologies and performance measurement frameworks
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to motivate yourself and drive projects forward independently
• Exceptional organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines
• Outstanding communication and writing skills for creating compelling briefs and strategic documents
