[Hiring] Partner Marketing Manager @Insight Enterprises, Inc.

Role Description

As a Partner Marketing Manager for Microsoft Surface, you will own the marketing relationship and joint go-to-market strategy for one of Insight's largest and most strategic technology partnerships. We will count on you to translate joint priorities into measurable pipeline, revenue, and margin while connecting Microsoft Surface partner teams with Insight's cross-functional marketing organization. Along the way, you will get to:

• Build and lead the annual Microsoft Surface go-to-market plan, aligning partner priorities with Insight solution-area goals and multi-year growth objectives.
• Develop and optimize full-funnel, data-driven demand generation and account-based programs across digital media, content, webinars, email, events, and partner ecosystems.
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for Microsoft Surface, managing co-marketing investment, MDF, proof-of-performance requirements, and funding capture.
• Track performance, market shifts, and competitive intelligence; translate results into executive insights, recommendations, and ROI improvements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or comparable postgraduate education is a plus.
• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated success in partner, channel, or alliance marketing; technology marketing experience is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience building integrated, full-funnel demand generation and account-based programs that drive pipeline and conversion.
• Data fluency across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, budget and MDF management, with strong communication, collaboration, and business acumen.
