Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Virtual Assistant to support a growing marketing agency with SEO and Google Ads management. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, following established SOPs, and executing digital marketing tasks with minimal supervision.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with search engine optimization, paid advertising campaigns, and digital marketing operations. The candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable collaborating with internal team members and clients when needed.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in SEO, Google Ads management, or digital marketing required.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and website optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign setup, management, and optimization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients when required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to follow systems, SOPs, and structured processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
• Daily Working Time: preferably between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST
• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
