Role Description
Elastic is looking for a Paid Social Analyst to join the Digital Marketing Team, focused on supporting the execution of paid social campaigns and operational initiatives. In this role, you will be tasked with the end-to-end execution, optimization, and reporting of our paid social campaigns.
The ideal candidate possesses a robust quantitative background, at least 2 years of digital media experience, and an affinity for turning large datasets into actionable marketing insights. You are a self-motivated multitasker who takes extreme ownership of your work, collaborates seamlessly across teams, and constantly looks for ways to improve processes and exceed objectives.
What You Will Be Doing

Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Manage the daily execution, audience targeting, creative coordination, and ongoing optimization of paid social campaigns to maximize ROI.

Performance Reporting:
Create performance reports for cross-functional stakeholders and manage weekly pacing reports to ensure budget alignment and campaign efficiency.

Data Analysis & Insights:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Technical Troubleshooting:
Fix issues with campaign setup, tracking, pixel implementation, and platform.

Prioritization & Time Management:
Self-manage and prioritize a high volume of deliverables in a dynamic environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
Qualifications

Education:
BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience); a solid quantitative background is highly preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing related field. Knowledge with paid social platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, or related advertising technologies.

Analytical Rigor:
Proven track record of working with large datasets, with advanced proficiency in Google Suite (including a robust command of pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).

Strong foundation in data analysis, performance reporting, audience targeting, and creative asset coordination.
