[Hiring] Paid Media Specialist @Cyberhill Partners

Role Description

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own paid acquisition across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You'll build and manage campaigns end-to-end, own budget pacing and bid strategy, run ongoing creative and audience testing, and report paid performance against qualified pipeline. You'll report to the VP of Marketing.

What You'll Do

• Build, launch, and manage campaigns in Google Ads (search, Performance Max, remarketing) and LinkedIn Ads (sponsored content, ABM audience targeting)
• Own budget pacing, bid strategy, and spend efficiency across both channels
• Run structured creative, copy, audience, and landing page tests
• Manage conversion tracking and attribution across GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and HubSpot
• Report paid performance against MQLs and qualified pipeline, not just clicks and impressions
• Partner with marketing on landing pages, offers, and creative assets

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads directly (not through an agency dashboard)
• B2B experience, ideally SaaS or enterprise technology with long sales cycles
• Proven track record managing meaningful monthly budgets with pipeline accountability
• Strong command of conversion tracking, UTM hygiene, and attribution
• HubSpot and GA4 experience
• Self-directed and comfortable owning a channel on a lean, fast-moving team
