Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paid Media Manager to join our Digital Media Activation Team. Reporting to the Paid Media Director, this role is responsible for implementing high-performing media campaigns and overseeing a team of Media Operations Specialists. The Paid Media Manager will ensure the delivery of quality media buying and optimization, maintaining the highest standards and reducing errors.
- Drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation within media activation processes.
- Work closely with clients, client services, and other operational teams on cross-channel media strategies, optimization plans, and reporting.
- Manage a team, achieving both team and client KPIs, and ensuring high-quality execution.
- Support the Paid Media Director in strategy development and client engagement.
- Act as the second-in-command to the Paid Media Director, stepping in as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in paid media activation.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience leading and mentoring a team, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to reducing errors in all deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, and other ad tech solutions.
Requirements
- Expertise in platforms: Google Ads (including Shopping), Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360.
- Preferred: Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, The Trade Desk, or any other DSPs.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns.
