Role Description

As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and achieve measurable results.

• Develop and execute effective paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Create compelling ad copy and design eye-catching visuals that align with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new ad formats, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in a Paid Ad role.
• Experience in Cryptocurrency/Blockchain.
• In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Advertising.
• Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
• Experience marketing crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, or fintech products.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
• Experience running global marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with crypto ad compliance policies.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar.
• Fluent in English.
