Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join the team. This role is crucial in driving online marketing efforts, focusing on managing Meta Ads campaigns and optimizing for maximum ROI. A minimum of 3 years of experience in paid advertising is prioritized. Experience with TikTok Ads and event marketing is a plus.

• Develop, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram);
• Optimize ad performance to achieve key business objectives such as conversions, traffic, and brand awareness;
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness;
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI;
• Manage TikTok Ads campaigns, if applicable, to diversify advertising strategies;
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid ads with broader marketing goals;
• Monitor trends and emerging platforms to ensure we stay ahead in the digital advertising space;
• Provide detailed reporting on ad spend, performance metrics, and campaign results.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in paid advertising, with a strong focus on Meta Ads;
• Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns and driving results;
• Event marketing experience not necessary but a bonus;
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager;
• Experience with audience targeting, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
