Role Description

We're looking for an Organic Social Media Specialist for a marketing agency focused on hospitality brands. If you are a confident communicator, highly organized, and skilled with Canva and short-form video, keep reading!

• Own the day-to-day organic social presence for 8 to 10 hospitality client accounts
• Develop platform strategy for each client based on their brand voice, audience, and goals
• Build and manage posting schedules across multiple accounts
• Create short-form video, Instagram Stories, graphic designs, and static assets
• Analyze performance data (engagement, reach, growth, content performance) and turn insights into strategy recommendations
• Lead and participate in client meetings, presenting strategy, content, and results
• Manage deadlines, revisions, and approvals across several clients at the same time

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content strategy, best practices, and key performance metrics
• Solid working knowledge of current US social media trends and audience behavior
• Experience bulk creating short-form video, Instagram Stories, and static assets
• Graphic design skills in Canva
• Basic video editing skills
• Ability to interpret organic social performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations
• Experience working directly with clients, including leading meetings and presenting strategy and results
• Excellent written and verbal English, with the fluency to lead calls with US-based stakeholders
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• A strategic, proactive, and collaborative mindset, with a desire to learn and grow
