Role Description
We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and execution-focused Social Media Content Creator & Growth Marketer to own our social media presence and help generate inbound demo requests from Kβ12 school leaders. Our goal is to build a strong organic brand presence and generate qualified inbound leads without relying on paid advertising.

Learn our platform and deeply understand the challenges of our target market.

Turn pain points into compelling content hooks, stories, and educational content.

Create landing pages, lead magnets, and simple funnel experiences connected to organic campaigns.

Build content systems designed to generate inbound interest and demo requests.

Research audience behavior, trending content formats, and competitor positioning.

Test messaging, hooks, CTAs, and content angles to improve engagement and conversion.

Track analytics and continuously improve performance based on data.
Qualifications

Proven experience creating organic social media content that drives real business results.

Strong video editing, graphic design, and storytelling skills.

Ability to create content that educates, builds trust, and converts viewers into leads.

Experience growing audiences organically through targeted content strategies.

Strong understanding of hooks, audience psychology, platform algorithms, and conversion-driven content.

Comfortable working independently and owning projects from strategy to execution.

Startup mindset: resourceful, fast-moving, self-motivated, and excited to help build something meaningful.

Strong English communication skills.
Requirements

Experience in Kβ12 education, EdTech, SaaS, or B2B software (Bonus Points).

Experience building founder-led or company brand content (Bonus Points).

Experience creating content funnels that generate inbound leads organically (Bonus Points).
