Role Description
Own organic and AI-search performance across Sleek's four core markets and convert that visibility into leads. The primary KPI is to generate leads from organic and AI traffic and convert into new customers. This role exists to fix the conversion gap the current setup can't: our funnel is constrained by lead conversion, not traffic β the two failing markets (AU, UK) fall short on target because visitors don't convert, not because pages don't rank.
