Role Description
This role involves managing Organic Marketing efforts for our client through Pavago. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving success through organic marketing, particularly in building and scaling Facebook Pages and social media accounts.
- Proven experience in growing and managing Facebook groups organically.
- Expertise in Facebook growth hacks and organic content strategies.
- Establish and grow social media accounts from the ground up.
- Devote time to crafting and approving content for clients' Facebook Groups and social media accounts.
- Lead client-facing efforts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Take charge of the team’s KPIs, ensuring goals are met consistently.
- Oversee the recruitment process within the division.
Qualifications
- Experience in elevating local businesses through Organic Marketing in Facebook Groups.
- Exceptional writing skills that drive engagement through impactful writing.
- Experience leading a team of 10+ members.
- Ability to foster strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Proven ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for scaling the business.
- Constantly seek opportunities to enhance services and stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
- Background in managing organic marketing through community engagement in Facebook Groups.
- Experience working with international businesses.
- Technical proficiency in using tools like Notion and familiarity with Go High Level.
- English proficiency with effective communication skills.
