[Hiring] Meta Media Buyer @AdNexo

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer with at least 5 years of experience in Meta advertising to build and establish the foundation of our Meta Ads function. In this role, you will take ownership of setting up advertising accounts, developing campaign strategies, launching and managing campaigns, and continuously testing and optimizing performance to drive revenue growth and increase first-time depositors (FTDs).

As the first full-time member of our growing Meta Ads team, you will have the opportunity to shape the team's strategy and processes. You will work closely with management, operate independently, and use data-driven insights to maximize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proven experience in Meta media buying in the adult vertical (dating, cams, VOD, or similar)
• Experience in setting up, structuring, and managing Meta advertising accounts
• Strong campaign optimization skills, with the ability to improve performance and ROI
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective media buying strategies
• Experience creating, launching, and testing advertising campaigns and creatives
• Ability to manage both highly targeted campaigns and large-scale media buying activities
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Voluum
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify performance issues and opportunities independently
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and colleagues
• Hands-on, adaptable, eager to grow with AdNexo

Requirements

• Build the foundation of the Meta Ads function, including account setup, campaign structures, and processes
• Create, implement, and manage Meta advertising strategies aligned with business objectives
• Set up and configure Meta Ads accounts and campaigns
• Manage and monitor Meta Ads campaigns on a daily basis
• Develop, launch, and test advertising creatives and campaign variations
• Execute both highly targeted campaigns and large-scale media buying activities
• Continuously analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Optimize campaigns, budgets, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI
• Use Voluum and Meta Ads reporting to monitor performance and support data-driven decisions
• Conduct ongoing testing and analysis during the initial campaign development phase
• Work closely with management to evaluate offer performance and refine campaign strategies
• Any other duties relevant to the role
