Role Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Meta Media Buyer who can take end-to-end ownership of Meta advertising for their clients. This person will be responsible for:

• Campaign setup, strategy, creative creation and testing, optimization, performance analysis, and reporting.
• Managing Meta advertising campaigns from setup through ongoing optimization.
• Developing and executing Meta Ads strategies aligned with client goals and budgets.
• Overseeing landing page creation for necessary ads and setting up events and tracking accordingly.
• Building, launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Conducting audience research, targeting, testing, and campaign structuring.
• Monitoring key performance metrics and identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Running ongoing A/B tests across audiences, creatives, messaging, placements, and campaign structures.
• Analyzing campaign data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Preparing performance reports and communicating campaign results clearly.
• Proactively recommending strategy adjustments based on performance trends and client objectives.
• Creating, adapting, or providing direction for ad creatives when needed.
• Staying current with Meta Ads platform updates, best practices, and performance marketing trends.
• Managing multiple client campaigns while maintaining organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
• Ability to independently develop and execute Meta Ads strategy.
• Experience with campaign setup, optimization, testing, targeting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or businesses, preferably service-based (high-ticket) businesses.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present performance insights and recommendations.
• Familiarity with landing pages, funnels, tracking, and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing lead-generation campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience specifically working with home improvement, trades, or other local/service-based businesses.
• Ability to create or adapt ad creatives for Meta campaigns.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools.
• Experience working in an agency environment with multiple client accounts.
• Experience with E-commerce.
