Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Meta/Google Ads Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) to join our growing team. If you are analytical, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you!

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI and lead generation
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis
• Set up tracking, pixels, conversions, and retargeting campaigns
• Build and manage funnels, automations, and workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Create landing pages and forms within GHL
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate with clients/team members regarding campaign updates and results
• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong understanding of paid advertising strategies and analytics
• Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with CRM systems, funnels, and marketing automations
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
