Role Description
We are looking for a high-level Senior Media Buyer who deeply understands Meta Ads, conversion psychology, creative strategy, funnel optimization, and performance marketing. This is NOT an entry-level role.
Your primary objective is simple: Generate qualified booked calls profitably through Meta Ads. You will be responsible for helping us scale ad spend while maintaining strong performance metrics across the entire funnel. This means understanding:

Responsibilities
-
Meta Ads Management
-
Launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns daily
-
Manage campaigns spending thousands per day
-
Scale winning campaigns aggressively while maintaining efficiency
-
Monitor ad account health and performance
-
Test new campaign structures, audiences, and scaling methods
-
Analyze performance trends and identify bottlenecks quickly
-
Reduce CPA and improve overall funnel efficiency
-
Creative Strategy & Testing
-
Identifying winning ad angles
-
Suggesting new hooks and messaging
-
Researching competitors
-
Analyzing winning creatives
-
Identifying creative fatigue early
-
Structuring creative testing systems
-
Giving feedback to editors/content creators

Understanding different audience awareness levels

Funnel & Landing Page Optimization

Analyze landing page performance

Understand why some ads have high CTR but poor conversion

Proven experience managing Meta Ads at a high level

Experience generating booked calls (NOT just leads)

Strong understanding of direct response marketing

Strong understanding of conversion-focused funnels

Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager

Strong communication skills

Strong analytical thinking

Ability to move fast and execute

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Requirements

Experience with high-ticket service businesses (HUGE PLUS IF YOU HAVE)
