Role Description

We are looking for an energetic, communicative PPC META Specialist to join our marketing team remotely.

• Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns.
• Implement lead generation and performance campaigns.
• Work with Polish and international brands.
• Analyze results, manage budgets and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Explore Google, Pinterest and TikTok Ads as you grow.

Qualifications

• Experience with lead generation or e-commerce campaigns.
• Advanced English and fluent Polish.
• Strong analytical thinking and a business-oriented mindset.
• Experience with META Ads Manager; agency experience is a plus.
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear recommendations.
• Responsibility, curiosity and a passion for digital marketing.
