Role Description
The Media Associate will join our growing paid media team. Reporting to the Media Manager, this role will support the planning, activation, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across social and programmatic channels for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career media professional looking to build expertise in healthcare marketing while gaining exposure to both campaign execution and media strategy. The Media Associate will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure paid media programs are delivered effectively and aligned with broader client objectives.

Support the planning, activation, management, and optimization of paid social and programmatic media campaigns for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.

Maintain media plans, trackers, and campaign documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Collaborate with Account Management, Project Management, Analytics, Creative, Strategy, and Digital teams to ensure media efforts align with overall client objectives.

Support relationships with media partners while staying informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Contribute to a positive team environment through strong organization, communication, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.

1β3 years of experience in paid social, programmatic media, digital marketing, or media planning/buying, preferably within an agency environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms, technologies, and media strategies.
Requirements

Experience with paid social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, or X.

Exposure to programmatic buying platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or PulsePoint.

Familiarity with campaign reporting and analytics tools.

Experience working with healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated-industry clients.

Understanding of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance considerations.
