Role Description

We’re looking for a creative and reliable Marketing VA to fully manage and grow our social media presence.

• Develop and execute light-hearted, animated content centered around a bird spokesperson concept
• Create and manage content for Facebook & Instagram (LinkedIn optional)
• Design an animated bird character concept
• Use AI tools to create posts, captions, and visuals
• Schedule and publish content consistently
• Provide weekly performance updates
• Take feedback and adjust quickly

Qualifications

• Philippines-based preferred
• Excellent English (clear communication is a must)
• Skilled in social media scheduling tools
• Creative, organized, and proactive
• Available for overlapping hours with Josh (especially during onboarding)

Requirements

• Someone who can work independently
• Strong design sense + AI tool experience
• Comfortable with weekly check-ins
• Reliable and consistent execution
