Role Description
As a Marketing Systems & Web Specialist, you are the builder behind Arcoro's marketing systems and website. Working in HubSpot and on our website, you build and test emails, newsletters, landing pages, forms, and automated workflows, and you make HTML and CSS updates to the site. You keep our marketing data clean through deduplication, complex list uploads, and careful list building, and you help maintain campaign attribution, naming conventions, and lifecycle stages. You monitor the HubSpot integrations closely to catch and escalate issues early. This is a tactical, detail-driven role where accurate, well-tested work keeps the entire marketing engine running.
Responsibilities

Campaign asset & website builds
-
Build, test, and deploy marketing emails and newsletters in HubSpot.

Build and rigorously test forms, lead routing workflows, and associated automations prior to setting live.

Support campaign attribution workflows and apply consistent campaign naming conventions.

Make HTML and CSS updates and content changes to the website in HubSpot CMS.

Build and update landing pages, forms, and page modules.

Maintain the privacy policy, subscription center, and preference pages.

Investigate lead records to answer team member questions pertaining to their digital behaviors.

Data hygiene and list management
-
Perform data hygiene, deduplication, and complex list uploads.

Build and maintain segmentation and email suppression lists.

Maintain overall data quality.

Monitor and troubleshoot lead lifecycle stage issues.

Audit campaign tagging and attribution automation for accuracy.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, website development, or a related hands-on role.

Experience working in HubSpot, including building emails and workflows.

Comfort making HTML and CSS updates to web pages, HubSpot CMS preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a habit of testing and QA-ing work before it ships.

Comfort with data hygiene tasks such as deduplication, data remediation, list uploads, and segmentation.

Good communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and learn.

Ability to manage multiple builds and deadlines with accuracy.
Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce.

Understanding of lead lifecycle stages, lead routing, and campaign attribution.

Awareness of email compliance basics, including subscription management and privacy standards.

Experience supporting a B2B or SaaS marketing team.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $60,000-$68,000
