Role Description
We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to help shape how RightMove tells its story and grows its impact. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll:

Write and produce content

Run email and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot

Pull data to inform performance reporting
You'll own the day-to-day execution that brings our marketing to life:

Drafting and editing content

Building and deploying campaigns

Partnering with clinicians to develop content

Managing timelines across concurrent projects

Ensuring everything ships on time and on brand
We're looking for someone organized, a strong writer, comfortable in HubSpot, and eager to learn the nuances of B2B2C and B2B marketing in healthcare. As the team and our channels scale, so will your scope—this role is a launchpad into broader campaign strategy and channel ownership, with real exposure to strategy from day one.
Qualifications

2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment

Strong writing and editing skills

Hands-on HubSpot experience with email and lifecycle campaigns

Strong project management and organizational skills

Comfortable pulling campaign reports and summarizing performance

Proficiency with Canva, Figma, or Adobe CC
-
Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes that don't exist yet
Requirements

Manage the content and editorial calendar; keep projects moving from draft to publish

Write and edit blog posts, email copy, social posts, landing pages, and patient and provider education materials

Gather input from clinicians and internal experts, route drafts for review, manage revisions

Support video and testimonial content: scheduling, consent workflows, interview prep, and repurposing into clips and written stories

Build and deploy email campaigns and lifecycle programs in HubSpot
-
Manage templates, lists, segmentation, workflows, landing pages, and forms
-
Handle setup, testing, QA, and scheduling
-
Pull and maintain campaign and channel reports
-
Work with Director to flag trends and performance issues worth acting on

Support conferences, trade shows, webinars, and partner events
-
Handle logistics, collateral and booth materials, registration, and promotional assets
-
Manage post-event follow-up and lead capture where appropriate
-
Keep project trackers, timelines, and deliverables current across concurrent workstreams

Work with the Director to keep agencies, freelancers, and production partners on schedule
-
Run first-pass reviews of vendor work for quality and brand consistency
-
Use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, and production
-
Help build decks, one-pagers, and partner-facing collateral
-
Produce on-brand assets in Canva, Figma, or similar
-
Maintain an organized, current materials library for Partner and Network teams
-
Work closely with the Director and partner teams—Product, Clinical, and Network—to support aligned messaging, campaigns, and launches across the company

Manage company swag and merchandise—sourcing, ordering, inventory, and distribution for new hires, events, and team celebrations
Benefits

Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 base, plus benefits
