[Hiring] Marketing Specialist @Woodlake Addiction Recovery Center

Role Description

As a Marketing Specialist for Woodlake Addiction Recovery Center, you will play a critical role in promoting our brand and services to the community. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that will increase our reach, raise awareness, and ultimately bring more individuals to seek the help they need. You will have the opportunity to utilize your creativity, strategic thinking, and communication skills to make a real impact in the lives of those struggling with addiction.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and bring in new clients
• Create and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, print materials, and events
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities and target audiences
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms
• Work with external partners and vendors to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives
• Monitor and track the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and community stakeholders to promote our services and build partnerships
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform marketing strategies and tactics
• Provide support and assistance with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry or with a focus on mental health/substance abuse
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and impactful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems preferred
• Passion for advocating for mental health and helping others on their journey to recovery
