Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The company is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant to support its marketing and communications initiatives with a primary focus on LinkedIn content management and B2B brand visibility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent social media presence by:

• Creating content calendars
• Researching industry topics
• Writing engaging LinkedIn posts
• Adapting content across Facebook and Instagram

This role requires strong written English skills, excellent organization, and the ability to independently manage content planning and execution with minimal supervision. While marketing and social media will be the primary focus, the successful candidate will also provide business and administrative support as the company continues to grow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts
• Experience creating professional content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and professional business communications
• Excellent written English skills with exceptional grammar, editing, and proofreading abilities
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to learn and consistently represent the company's brand voice
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to recommend ideas and improvements

Requirements

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10 hours/week
• Daily Working Time: between 10:00 AM–3:00 PM Pacific Time
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Friday
• Reporting To/POC: To Be Determined
