[Hiring] Marketing SBO Senior Manager @Atlassian

Role Description

In this role, you'll get to:

• Partner directly with cross-functional leaders across marketing, sales, product, analytics and finance teams to drive cohesive strategies that ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience across products, solutions and markets.
• Work at the intersection of customer-facing and product teams to create the “art of the possible” narrative for Atlassian’s customers seeking to unleash the power of their teams.
• Create improvements in business operations, as the GTM team continues to refine Atlassian’s innovative business model by leveraging Atlassian’s industry-leading flywheel model to hyper-scale enterprise growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in business operations, strategy, product, go-to-market/sales strategy, monetization, strategic finance, or similar.
• Expertise in go-to-market domains including marketing.
• Top-notch problem-solving and analytical capabilities, including comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring a structured approach to decision-making.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise marketing & sales.
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills with all levels of an organization.
