Role Description
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will join the Marketing Design & Operations team, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders from marketing, partnerships, and the broader organization. You will be a key driver of projects, empowering the team to deliver with velocity and balance, propelling TCGplayerโs goals and purpose.
You are a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable tailoring your message to each audience, and take a people-centered approach to project management.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and executing all aspects of marketing projects. This position requires:

Comfort utilizing project management software to structure projects for a remote team across multiple timezones.

Bringing structure to complex initiatives and ensuring smooth execution across teams.

Being highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
What you will accomplish:

Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones for marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with Marketing standard practice.

Responsible for the execution of multiple simultaneous projects and campaigns, overseeing the full project lifecycle up to project completion.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams at various levels to ensure alignment and efficient execution of marketing projects, including identifying, escalating, and removing blockers for the team.

Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating regular communication and updates around progress and changes.

Prepare and present regular reports on project performance, outcomes, and lessons learned to functional leaders.

Foster a culture of flexibility within the team, encouraging responsiveness and agility in project execution.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Qualifications

4+ years of experience managing projects in e-commerce or related industries.

Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.

Proficiency in Jira or a similar project management software.

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Exhibits strong initiative and self-motivation, maintaining high personal standards and delivering quality results with minimal supervision.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

The ability to adapt and support project teams through change.
Benefits

Base salary between $70,000-85,000 for PA, GA, NY.

Total compensation package may include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable).
