The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, capable of developing & executing programs and incentives that enhance Rep performance and retention at levels of engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or a similar role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email marketing systems, social media management tools)
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
