Role Description
Weβre looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads and Meta Ads) to drive growth of our mobile gaming titles (100% IAA) through highly structured, data-driven marketing strategies. This role is both strategic and hands-on, combining deep channel expertise with strong experimentation, creative thinking, and continuous optimization across mobile and web.

Own and scale UA strategy across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) with full ownership of performance and growth.

Lead end-to-end campaign execution across both Android and iOS, including setup, scaling, and optimization.

Continuously optimize performance through structured testing, iteration, and insight generation; identify scalable growth levers and double down on what works.

Work closely with creative, product, ASO, and data teams to align on strategy, testing roadmap, and performance improvements.

Design and run meaningful experiments (creative, bidding, targeting, funnel), interpret results, and translate them into actionable insights.

Proactively identify inefficiencies and drive automation of manual processes to improve speed, scalability, and performance.

Contribute to overall UA strategy, share learnings, and raise the bar on execution and decision-making within the team.
Qualifications

3-5+ years of UA / performance marketing experience in mobile gaming.

Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) β must-have.

Strong experience running campaigns for both Android and iOS apps.

Solid understanding of Advanced iOS Measurement (AEM) and SKAN-based setups.

Experience with Metaβs Aggregated Event Measurement (AEM) and post-IDFA ecosystem.

Proven track record of managing large budgets and scaling profitable campaigns.

Strong understanding of the mobile attribution ecosystem (MMPs, SKAN, conversion tracking, incrementality, etc.).

Experience with data analysis and BI tools (Tableau or similar), ability to work with performance data independently.

Experience with web/app funnels is a plus (not required, but highly valued).
Requirements

Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.

Experience with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development environments is a strong plus.
