Role Description
This is a dual-track Marketing Operations and Events Coordinator role supporting the Seattle HQ marketing team. The position is responsible for executing campaigns across two email platforms while managing remote logistics for US-based conferences. The role requires zero-defect execution, a strong process-oriented mindset, and the ability to independently manage complex, multi-step workflows.

Management of D365 Marketing Lists and Sequences for event and prospect outreach

Lead scoring and nurture workflows

CRM synchronization and contact database management via Seamless.ai

Marketing collateral for US-based conferences

Strong vendor accountability: ensures deadlines are met and escalates risks early
Platform & Reporting Requirements

Adobe Marketo Engage — Expert level (program builds, smart lists, lead scoring, D365 sync)

D365 Marketing Lists & Sequences — Advanced (strongly preferred at hire)

Power BI — Build and maintain all email marketing dashboards; provide weekly reports

Seamless.ai — Contact sourcing, list cleaning, and platform imports

Microsoft 365 — Non-negotiable (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel—including PivotTables and XLOOKUP—and Planner)

Event ROI focus — Measures success based on lead quality, not just attendance

Vendor accountability — Professional, deadline-driven, and proactive in escalation

Budget tracking — Monitors spend vs. plan and flags potential overages early

Brand consistency — Ensures all outputs align with Logic20/20 standards
Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Marketo administration (daily program builds, not just familiarity)

Experience with D365 Marketing strongly preferred

Expert-level HubSpot or Pardot accepted with a confirmed commitment to ramp on D365

1+ year of remote coordination of US-based B2B conferences or tradeshows

At least one independently built Power BI dashboard or report

Excellent written English; B2B experience strongly preferred
