Role Description

Talkdesk competes in a market where the quality of execution separates companies that grow efficiently from those that spend more to get the same result. Marketing Operations is where that execution lives. This role exists to ensure that every dollar of marketing spend, every campaign, every event, and every account-based program translates into pipeline with zero friction.

This role requires a system built for precision where the right prospect reaches the right person at the right time, consistently and by design. You sit inside the Marketing team, with close partnerships across Sales and RevOps. The marketers running campaigns, events, and account-based programs are your primary stakeholders.

In practice, that means owning the full operational surface of marketing technology:

• Administering and continuously improving the tools that make up our GTM stack.
• Building and maintaining the integrations that keep data moving cleanly between systems.
• Designing the orchestrations that automate account and contact engagement.
• Ensuring the enrichment and data integrity standards that make every downstream decision reliable.

This is an interdependent system, and this person keeps it running as a coherent, high-performing whole.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in B2B SaaS Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a systems-adjacent role.
• Hands-on marketing automation and CRM administration, including configuring and maintaining MAP-to-CRM syncs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and deploy an automated workflow that calls external APIs, whether webhooks, REST APIs, or LLM endpoints, in a production environment.
• Native fluency in B2B funnel mechanics: MQL definitions, lifecycle stage transitions, opportunity lifecycles, and attribution models.
• Experience coaching or enabling non-technical stakeholders on new tools, AI workflows, or self-service reporting.

Requirements

• Hands-on administrative experience with intent data platforms, routing engines, and ABM orchestration.
• Prior experience building LLM-powered workflows for lead scoring, routing, or qualification.
• Comfort reading and writing JSON, working with REST APIs, and debugging integration errors independently.

• Pay Range (OTE Pay): $86,000 - $144,000.
