Role Description

Marriage Reset is an online coaching offer. We help married men repair their marriages, and we have grown quickly on the back of paid advertising: Meta, Google and YouTube ads that lead to a video sales letter and a booked call with our sales team. Roughly 80% of our revenue comes through that funnel.

The paid marketing team is led by the Head of Growth and includes our direct response marketers, media buyer and video editors. They set the strategy, write the ads, manage the spend and produce the creative. We need one person to run everything underneath them, and that is this role.

• You will own the weekly numbers the team works from.
• Manage the project system the work moves through.
• Ensure every ad passes a checklist before it goes live.
• Oversee landing page and email builds.
• Coordinate with video editors who turn scripts into finished ads.

This is a new seat. The team will grow, and the systems you build are the ones new joiners will work from. Nobody has held this role full-time before, so part of the job is working out how it should run.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a marketing operations, campaign operations or funnel-build role, ideally in an online coaching, course or direct-response business, or an agency that serves them.
• Experience building and maintaining a ClickUp workspace (or Asana, Monday or Notion).
• Proficiency in building pages in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels and sequences in ActiveCampaign (or Klaviyo or HubSpot).
• Expertise with Claude or similar AI tools such as GrokBot/Viktor.
• Native-level written English.
