[Hiring] Marketing Operations Specialist @Twilio

Role Description

This position is needed to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaign operational requests. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Campaign Operations, this role will be the operational backbone of our campaign initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaign strategies, timelines, and objectives
• Build, test and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Prioritize, track and document campaign request updates via project management software (Jira)
• Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• Resolve roadblocks and issues as needed to meet campaign goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or project management
• Experience building automated and complex campaign programs from inception to completion (e.g., lead nurtures, customer lifecycle nurtures, audience segmentation, workflow automations)
• 2+ years of experience leveraging Marketo
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as Marketo Certified Expert
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Asana)

Location

This role will be remote, and based in India. (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, Delhi)

Travel

For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
