Role Description
This role supports North America Marketing by coordinating marketing operations, field execution, and event support. The Marketing Operations Specialist serves as a critical bridge between customer-facing activities and core marketing operations, ensuring strong execution, operational readiness, and effective partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Finance across the region. The position is responsible for owning and managing key operational and marketing enablement activities, including:

Promotional inventory management

Ongoing management of Zinpro’s internal e-commerce platform

Hands-on support for customer and distributor events through on-site execution, contract negotiation, and vendor coordination
In addition, the role provides high-touch support to team members related to travel, expenses, and event logistics. This position includes meaningful travel to support priority North America RBE events, with a strong emphasis on being present, engaged, and actively supporting successful on-site execution.
Essential Functions

Customer Relations & Field Enablement:

In partnership with the Regional Marketing Specialist, lead customer-facing marketing initiatives for distributor events, regional meetings, and priority field activities across North America, providing hands-on, on-site execution support.

Travel up to 30-35% to support key marketing and RBE initiatives, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer experience and execution excellence.

Partner closely with Sales to ensure marketing tools, materials, and field offerings align with in-market needs and strengthen customer relationships.

Act as a trusted operational partner to internal teams, providing high-touch support and proactively resolving issues to enable confident field execution.

Translate marketing plans into action through strong follow-through, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.

Company Store & Marketing Materials Ownership:

Own the day-to-day management of the MyZinproStore (internal e-commerce ordering platform), including inventory oversight, product updates, access management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Lead the organization and lifecycle management of print and digital marketing assets, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and execution-ready.

Ensure store offerings and marketing materials effectively support Sales and customer engagement needs in the field.

Event, Financial & Operational Leadership:

Lead end-to-end event operations, including timelines, materials, vendor coordination, hotel partnerships, and on-site logistics.

Serve as Marketing’s primary operational liaison with Finance, owning budget coordination, spending oversight, and adherence to financial controls.

Partner with Finance to manage vendor documentation, invoice, and check requests associated with sponsorships and partnerships.

Conduct audits and reconcile expenses within North America RBE, ensuring compliance while identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, agriculture, or equivalent experience

3-5 years’ experience with marketing or sales support

Proven ability to work proactively and visibly, taking ownership of initiatives, anticipating needs, and staying actively engaged with teams and events

Experience supporting marketing, field, or commercial operations in a B2B environment, ideally within agriculture or animal nutrition

Strong organizational & coordination skills

Demonstrated strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work while managing multiple priorities

Demonstrated strength in process improvement and operational excellence

Hands-on experience planning and executing in-person events and meetings
Requirements
